Taichung Lantern Festival Extended by 3 Days to 228, Enjoy the Lanterns During the Holiday!
台中元宵燈會是全台最大的元宵燈會，今年以「台中龍賀」為主題，展出了首座水上主燈和各式各樣的特色花燈，吸引了全國各地的遊客前來參觀。原本預計展期10天的燈會，因為反應熱烈，市長盧秀燕宣布延長3天，到228的假期才結束，讓更多人有機會來賞燈。

2024 Central Taiwan Lantern Festival: Surprises and Creativity Unlimited!
本屆燈會的主題燈是「台中龍賀」，以台語諧音「台中樣樣好」，傳達台中是樣樣好的宜居城市。主燈是一條長達76米的水上巨龍，結合發光立方體表演，宛如巨龍把玩著龍珠。
小提燈則是可愛度爆表的「馬卡龍」，將傳統的東方神龍造型公仔化，手拿龍珠、嘴吃台中餅，以馬卡龍色系展現龍鱗層次。
