Luggage Storage Service Explanation
Is there a charge for luggage storage?
The luggage storage service is completely free of charge but is exclusively available to guests who are about to stay or have already stayed at Mr.Mantter.
Is there a limit to the number or weight of luggage stored?
To facilitate your onward journey, there is no weight limit for this service. However, we request that your luggage be well-packed and limited to one piece of maximum 32-inch luggage per person.
Can I store valuable items as well?
Mr.Mantter's luggage storage is a complimentary service, not a fee-based secure storage service. Therefore, if you have valuable items, it is recommended to carry them with you or use a fee-based locker for safekeeping.
What is the maximum duration for luggage storage?
The maximum duration for Mr.Mantter's complimentary luggage storage service is three days. If you are unable to return to collect your luggage within the agreed time due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us.
If the luggage is not collected within five days and we are unable to contact you, we will seek assistance from the local police.
If I can't return to Taichung in time, can you assist in sending the stored items?
We offer a shipping service, which may require payment on delivery or advance collection of shipping fees.
Once the luggage is transferred to the courier service, Mr.Mantter is not responsible for any damage or custody. If possible, we still hope you can retrieve your luggage personally.
Are there any restrictions on the luggage stored?
Please do not include items showing signs of life, or items that violate local legal regulations in your luggage. If we detect any anomalies during luggage storage, we may seek assistance from the local police.
Can I store food and fresh products?
It is not allowed to store items that need refrigeration or freezing, and we cannot guarantee food safety during storage. We recommend you carry food with you.
What are the storage and retrieval times?
Luggage can be retrieved during counter service hours. If you miss these hours, please collect your luggage the next day during service hours.
Where is the storage area?
Please place your luggage in the designated area according to the regulations. Do not leave it on the side tables or sofas in the lobby, as it may affect the resting space for other guests. If you do not follow the regulations, the counter staff will assist you in moving your luggage to the designated area according to hotel policies.
Package Reception Service Instructions
How to Use the Package Reception Service?
If you need to have packages received, please contact the hotel in advance and provide your booking number, as well as the expected arrival time and size of the package. We cannot receive packages without booking information, unexpected packages, or packages requiring payment upon delivery.
What are the package reception hours?
Package reception service is available only during counter service hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We cannot receive or retrieve packages outside these hours.
Can you pay for the package on my behalf?
The counter cannot handle packages that require cash on delivery.
Can you receive fresh products, food, or cash for me?
The package reception service cannot receive items that need refrigeration, fresh products, perishable goods, or cash. Mr. Mant has the right to refuse suspicious items. We recommend informing us in advance if you need to use this service.
Can you receive packages after I check out?
The service is only available three days before your stay and during your stay. We cannot receive packages after you check out.
