Mr. Manter's Pet-Friendly Living Policy (Brief Instructions)
Welcome to stay with your pets! In order to give you and your pets a pleasant accommodation experience, please be sure to read the following regulations carefully:
1. Reservations and Fees

Advance Reservation: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a pet-friendly room.

Accommodation Fee: A cleaning fee of NT$800 per pet per night applies (excluding service animals).

Cancellation: Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.

Check-in: To ensure a smooth check-in, please complete the process before 8 PM.
2. Deposit and Cleaning

Accommodation Deposit: A deposit of NT$2,000 will be collected at check-in and fully refunded upon check-out if there is no damage.

Special Cleaning Fee: If pets cause dirt or odors, a cleaning fee of at least NT$800 will be charged.
3. Types and Weight of Pets

Welcome: Cats, small and medium-sized dogs, or caged pets (e.g., guinea pigs, rabbits) are welcome.

Weight Limit: Pets should not exceed 20 kg.

Health Declaration: Please ensure pets are healthy and vaccinated.
(Cats and dogs must provide proof of rabies vaccination.)
(For caged pets, owners must inform us of any infectious diseases.)

4. Public Areas

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and your pet, please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, and confirm the availability of pet-friendly rooms. As these rooms are limited, we recommend booking at least 48 hours before your arrival. If not informed during booking, we may charge additional fees or decline your stay based on availability.

1.2 Pet Accommodation Fee
Each suite can accommodate one pet, with a nightly cleaning fee of NT$800. This fee allows us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room for the next pet guest. However, service animals (e.g., guide dogs or emotional support animals) are exempt from this fee.

1.3 Reservation Cancellation
If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us in advance. This allows us to accommodate other pet families and helps you avoid additional charges.
2. Deposit and Cleaning

2.1 Pet Accommodation Deposit
Upon check-in, we require a deposit of NT$2,000 (payable via credit card pre-authorization or cash) to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning needs caused by your pet. If there are no damages or special cleaning required, the full deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

If your pet accidentally soils the room, stains the furniture, or leaves excessive hair or odors, a minimum cleaning fee of NT$800 will be charged. We appreciate your understanding, as this ensures a comfortable environment for all guests.
3. Pet Types and Weight Restrictions

We welcome cats, small to medium-sized dogs, and small caged animals (such as guinea pigs, rabbits, etc.).

To ensure comfort for all pets, we have a weight limit of 20 kg.

Please ensure your pet is healthy, free from contagious diseases and parasites, and has completed vaccinations. This is to protect the health of other pets and guests.
4. Etiquette in Public Areas

For the safety of your pet and the comfort of other guests, please ensure your pet is on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas of the hotel.

As responsible pet owners, please clean up after your pet, including any waste or vomit, to help maintain a clean environment.
5. In-Room Guidelines

Please do not leave pets alone in the room to prevent them from feeling anxious or causing accidents.

To maintain cleanliness and comfort, please prevent pets from damaging beds, fabrics, or sofas. Remind your pets to treat the room's furniture with care!

If your pet damages any items in the room, you will be responsible for compensation.

Please do not bathe your pet in the hotel bathroom to avoid drainage issues or water damage.

Please keep the room clean and promptly clean up after your pet.
6. Additional Reminders

6.1 Mind the Noise
Please ensure your pet does not make excessive noise that might disturb other guests. If there are complaints, we will ask you to reduce the noise. If the issue persists after two reminders, we may ask you to change rooms, or in the interest of other guests, we might need to request an early checkout. We appreciate your understanding.
